Hi everyone! I’ve decided to make a new body scrub, and I did it a bit differently then the last body scrub I posted about. As with all body scrubs, this lavender body scrub is super easy and can be done in only three steps!
The differences with this lavender body scrub is the addition of almond oil and a mixture of calming essential oils. In this post I will show you how to make this body scrub, all the ingredients you will need, and where you can find the ingredients.

I just recently started using almond oil for my skin and have found that it works amazing at healing my dry skin. The essential oils I used also make this scrub smell so good and make it a great addition to any relaxing shower or bath. I hope you guys like it!
What you will need:
- 2 Cups of Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Almond Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Vitamin E Oil
- 10-15 Drops Each of Lavender, Rosemary, & Frankincense Essential Oils
This recipe makes about 16 oz of body scrub. At the end of this post, I have included links where you can find each of the ingredients listed above.
I like my scrubs really oily because I have such bad dry skin, but if you like them less oily, you can change the recipe to 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of coconut oil instead*.
Step 1: Melt the coconut oil so that it is completely liquid.
Step 2: Next, add the almond oil and essential oils to the coconut oil and stir until combined.
Step 3: Add the oil mixture to two cups of brown or white sugar. I chose brown sugar for this recipe. Mix the oil and sugar until combined. (Use more sugar for a rougher, more exfoliating scrub)
So easy, the sugar scrub is finished! Now all that’s left is to put it in a container of your choice. I hope you guys like this scrub! Below I will show you where you can get all the ingredients for this scrub.
