In recent years, my skin has gotten so dry and sensitive. I’ve found different ways to calm my skin through my skincare, and thought I’d write a post about my favorites to give you ideas if you’ve been suffering from dry, sensitive skin too. The winter dries out my skin so bad. The cold weather and having our heater running makes it dry out fast. As soon as I shower or wash my face, I’m applying my skincare and moisturizers.

Each winter, I find new favorites that work well for me. Since having my daughter two years ago, my skin has gotten so sensitive. My sensitive skin has led me to constantly be on the search for new products. So far, the ones in this post have been working best for me. I decided to include info on each product, but you can also scroll to the bottom of this post for a simple list of the products in this post.

One big change I’ve made since having a baby is looking for cleaner products in all aspects of my life. This Youth To The People Cleanser is super gentle, yet effective.

I love this brand and have found lots of goodies from it, but this is currently what I’m using regularly from them. It cleanses well without drying out my skin.

This cleanser also comes in a large refill option to reduce waste. I’ve been all about refillable products lately, they’re an amazing, eco-friendly idea!

A long time ago, I saw these Konjac sponges but never knew where to purchase one. I was so happy to find out that Honest Beauty came out with their own Konjac sponge that’s at Target!

These sponges are really eco-friendly and clean compared to other exfoliators out there. I know of some people that don’t even use cleansers and only use these sponges.

If you want rougher exfoliation, you can use these sponges while they’re a little dry. When they’re wet, they’re less rough on your skin. It’s totally up to you on how much you want to exfoliate!

Since having my daughter, I was constantly having breakouts and my pores got huge. I tried everything and nothing worked until I tried this Mario Badescu Toner.

I’ve loved Mario Badescu for a long time. Their facial spray is amazing. I had used this toner in the past, but was always changing up my toners.

Now trying it this winter, my breakouts have stopped and my pores are much less noticeable. My skin feels so clean when using this after my cleanser.

Oddly, my skin also got so dry after having a baby. I was trying all these expensive moisturizers, but nothing was helping. I stumbled upon this VERSED face cream at Target and gave it a try.

Since this brand is fairly new, I had never tried it before but kept hearing good things. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this cream works better than moisturizers that are 4x the price. Safe to say it will be a repurchase when I run out!

I’m obsessed with facial oil, especially in the winter, and this Drunk Elephant Marula Oil is so good. Paired with the face cream above, my skin is so moisturized after using this oil.

The previous oil I was using was really heavy on my face. This Drunk Elephant oil is so much lighter, but works just as good. Since it’s such a nice oil, I only use it where I really need it on my super dry spots.

Honestly, this is the first Drunk Elephant product I’ve tried, and I can see now why this brand is so popular! It definitely makes me want to try more of their products in the future.

When I first heard about lip masks, I thought they were just overrated lip balms. Oh my god was I wrong! I use this Tatcha Lip Mask religiously before bed.

I notice that when I forget to use it, I wake up with such dry lips, especially during the winter. Sometimes I use it during the day too if my lips need a little extra love.

In my opinion, this lip mask is more effective than other brands. It feels really nice going on and I love that it comes with the little spatula.

Who doesn’t love a good body butter?! This Kiehl’s Body Butter is very rich, perfect for the dry winter months. It also smells amazing!

I’ve always liked Kiehl’s body lotions. Their lotions always help my dry skin and KP. This body butter is no exception!

A little goes a long way with this one, which helps it last much longer than other moisturizers. It has a whipped texture which is really nice when putting it on, too.

Another one of my favorite brands! Herbivore has so many amazing products, especially this Coco Rose Body Oil.

I like to add this body oil with the body butter above when my skin is really in need of a lot of moisture. If my skin isn’t terribly dry, I’ll use this oil by itself.

The rose scent is so nice without being overpowering. Some oils can be kind of heavy or sticky, but this one is very light and nice to apply.
